What Works Education

Hi! I'm Chloe, the founder of What Works Education.
What Works Education believes that everybody has the right to access education that works for them. We believe that a culture that has high expectations of academic success, teamed with understanding of the needs of an individual, has the potential to be a catalyst for social change. We want to lead the movement towards an inclusive education system, where everybody has access to social mobility through the implementation of data-informed individualised approaches to provision.
My Story
The people who influence us most in our early years often leave a lasting impact. For me, it was my English teacher. Her kindness and patience inspired me, years later, to provide the same opportunities for children and play a role in their educational journey.
After qualifying as an English teacher in 2019, I went on to become a qualified Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo), serving as part of a Senior Leadership Team since. My experience in this role has reinforced just how vital high-quality teaching is for all children, helping them to reach their academic goals and fulfil their potential.
More recently, since qualifying to administer educational tests, I have seen first-hand the value of truly understanding a child’s educational profile. Identifying the teaching methods that work best for each individual has only strengthened my commitment to ensuring all children have access to education that meets their needs. Most importantly, I believe in preparing young people for adulthood—equipping them with the skills and experiences they need to lead happy, fulfilling lives.
